Munchkins

Age: 1 to 2 years

Duration: 45 minutes

Frequency: 1x per week

This parent-child class is designed to develop your little one’s motor skills through music, play, and fun gym circuits. Children enhance balance, coordination, body awareness, and confidence while exploring movement in a safe, structured environment.  Only one parent per child is permitted to ensure optimal engagement and safety. It is recommended that participants be able to walk independently.​

Advanced Munchkins

Age: 2 to 3 years

Duration: 45 minutes

Frequency: 1x per week

A structured, coach-led parent-child class, without free play, designed to support the motor development of children aged 2 to 3 years. Activities are specifically planned to strengthen coordination, balance, and strength, while respecting each child’s abilities and pace. Under the supervision of a qualified coach, children progress safely and gain independence in an age-appropriate environment. This class is recommended for children who can walk and are ready to take on new challenges while still benefiting from a parent’s support.

Early Childhood Gymnastics

Kindergym

Age: 3 to 4 years

Duration: 60 minutes

Frequency: 1x per week

A structured class designed to introduce children to fundamental movements while developing coordination, balance, and strength. Each session begins with a warm-up featuring music and stretches, followed by floor circuits to promote motor skills and creativity. Activities are carefully planned to encourage exploration, confidence, and independence in a safe, age-appropriate environment.  Children may participate with a parent or independently, depending on their readiness and comfort. This class is ideal for children eager to take on new challenges while discovering the joy of movement.

Kinder Elite

Age: 4 to 6 years

Duration: 120 minutes

Requierement: Evaluation

Frequency: 1x per week

Designed for children with prior Kindergym experience who are ready to take on greater challenges. It offers a dynamic environment that effectively prepares young gymnasts for the competitive program. An evaluation is required to ensure each child’s progress is well-suited to their abilities.

Kinder Plus+

Age: 5 to 6 years

Duration: 90 minutes

Frequency: 1x per week

This program provides a rich and engaging experience where children discover the joy of movement, build a solid foundation in gymnastics, and prepare to advance to higher levels.

Each session begins with a dynamic warm-up featuring music and dance-inspired movements, followed by structured stretches to safely and playfully prepare the body for activity.  Children then progress through a series of rotating stations, carefully designed to develop a range of motor and technical skills. Under the guidance of our qualified instructors, young gymnasts are encouraged to take on diverse challenges, grow their independence, and build self-confidence in a positive, age-appropriate environment. To support individualized progression, each child is assessed twice during the session, allowing our coaches to adjust goals and ensure a smooth and personalized learning path.

Intermediate 1

Age: 6 +years

Duration:  120 minutes

Frequency: 2x per week

Prerequisite: 1 year of Recreational Gym experience

Offered twice per week, is designed for young gymnasts with at least one year of recreational gymnastics experience who are ready to take on new challenges in a dynamic and stimulating environment. This level serves as a progressive introduction to the competitive world, where children learn the demands and rigor of training while maintaining the enjoyment and motivation of group participation.

​Each session begins with a dynamic warm-up with music and stretches, followed by technical exercises and carefully planned rotating stations to develop strength, coordination, balance, and movement precision.

The program is more structured and rigorous than standard recreational gymnastics, effectively preparing young athletes for the transition to pre-competitive levels. To support individual progression, each gymnast is assessed twice during the session, allowing coaches to adjust goals and ensure a development path tailored to each child. This class promotes autonomy, confidence, and discipline while providing a positive and motivating environment for progression toward competitive gymnastics.

                       Gymnastics for Children & Teens (Girls) 

Recreational

Age: 7 to 9 years

Duration: 90 minutes

Frequency: 1x per week

Recreational

Age: 7 to 9 years

Duration: 120 minutes

Frequency: 1x per week

These recreational gymnastics classes are designed to develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and self-confidence through structured and engaging activities. Each session begins with a dynamic warm-up with music and stretches, followed by rotating stations where children explore the floor (tumbling), balance beam, bars, and vault, all while having fun and experiencing each apparatus.

Techniques are taught in age-appropriate progressions, helping participants master fundamental movements such as rolls, cartwheels, and bridges, while allowing each child to progress at their own pace. To support individual development, participants are assessed twice during the session, enabling coaches to adjust goals and ensure a personalized learning path. The focus is on enjoyment, motivation, and a safe environment, while also preparing young gymnasts for more advanced challenges if they wish to pursue them.

Intermediate 2

Age: 7 +years

Duration:  180 minutes

Frequency: 2x per week

Prerequisite: 1 year of Recreational Gym experience

Offered twice a week and available at multiple levels, this class isdesigned for children with at least one year of recreational gymnastics experience who are eager to take on new challenges in a friendly and engaging group setting. This dynamic environment effectively prepares young gymnasts for the competitive program. These recreational gymnastics classes are designed for young gymnasts aged 10 and older who want to practice gymnastics without competitive pressure, in a safe, engaging, and fun environment. Each session begins with a dynamic warm-up and stretches, followed by rotating stations where participants explore all apparatus: floor, balance beam, bars, and vault.

Exercises are adapted for all skill levels, allowing participants to gradually develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and self-confidence, while promoting enjoyment and active participation. To support individual progression, each gymnast is assessed twice during the session, enabling coaches to adjust goals and ensure personalized learning.
