  Early Childhood Gravity 

                            *The costs listed below do not include mandatory additionalfees, such as affiliation fees and uniform fees.

Intro to Gravity

Age: 4 years

Duration: 60 minutes

Frequency: 1x per week

Intro to Gravity is a class focused on developing young athletes participating in the sport and interacting with other athletes and coaches. These classes are only for 4 year olds and focus on basic skills in a fun and interactive environment. Our Gravity class combines Warp wall, Ninja structure, climbing, obstacle course, rope swing, peg wall, and basic Parkour / Ninja Warrior fundamentals.

Gravity For Children 

Gravity Level 1 Parkour/Ninja Warrior (White - Foundation)

Age: 5 to 9 years

Duration: 90 minutes

Frequency: 1x per week

A fresh and exciting starting point: athletes build confidence through movement. Participants develop safety, strength, balance, and full-body awareness while learning the core fundamentals of Parkour and Ninja Warrior. Athletes are introduced to key skills across floor work, vaults, walls, bars, and obstacles in a fun, supportive environment.  Designed for ages 5–9, this program focuses on creating a strong foundation while keeping training engaging and rewarding. At the end of the season, athletes will have the opportunity to showcase their progress through a Level 1 evaluation.

Gravity Level 2 Parkour/Ninja Warrior (Orange - Ignition)

Age: 5 to 9 years

Duration: 90 minutes

Frequency: 1x per week

The spark begins as athletes build on their foundation and step into more technical movement. At this level, participants continue developing strength, balance, and coordination while refining core Parkour and Ninja Warrior fundamentals across floor work, vaults, walls, bars, and obstacles.  Training begins to shift beyond simply completing obstacles: the athletes learn how to move with greater flow, control, and technique. Each skill is developed with future progression in mind, helping athletes connect movements smoothly and efficiently while building confidence and consistency.

Gravity Level 3-4 (Parkour)

Age: 5 to 9 years

Duration: 90 minutes

Frequency: 1x per week

Young athletes continue to build confidence while taking on more challenging and dynamic moves. This stage focuses on deepening skills through practice, introducing more advanced techniques, and expanding the variety of obstacle-based challenges.  Athletes will refine their abilities across ground challenges, walls, bars, and obstacles, with an increased emphasis on coordination, control, and developing smooth, efficient moves. As they progress into Level 4, training begins to focus on flow, speed, and strength, while gradually aligning with their preferred direction within Parkour.
Parkour Jams :  An introductory step into competitive Parkour, Jams are designed to give athletes their first experience in a supportive and low-pressure competition environment. Athletes will learn how competitions are structured while continuing to focus on skill development, confidence, and having fun. (Jams not mandatory)
At the end of the season, athletes will have the opportunity to showcase their progress through a Level 3–4 evaluation.

Gravity Level 1-2 (Intro to Ninja Warrior)

Age: 5 to 9 years

Duration: 90 minutes

Frequency: 1x per week

Young athletes build confidence through movement in a fun and supportive environment. This program focuses on developing safety, strength, balance, and full-body awareness while introducing the core fundamentals of Ninja Warrior. Athletes will learn and practice essential skills across ground challenges, walls, bars, and a variety of obstacles. They will build coordination and control while staying engaged and motivated. The emphasis is on creating a strong foundation, helping each athlete grow at their own pace while enjoying the challenge of movement.
At the end of the season, athletes will have the opportunity to showcase their progress through a Level 1–2 evaluation.

Gravity Level 3-4 (Ninja Warrior Div. 2)

Age: 5 to 9 years

Duration: 90 minutes

Frequency: 1x per week

An engaging next step where young athletes continue to build confidence while taking on more challenging and dynamic moves. At the end of the season, athletes will have the opportunity to showcase their progress through a Level 3–4 evaluation.
