What's Included
The birthday party includes 1.5 hours of gym activities, led and supervised by our coaches.
The full 1.5 hours are dedicated to the sports activities.
The option to rent our party room for

For Whom?
Our birthday parties are primarily designed for children 5 years old and up.
Children who are 3–4 years old may participate on the Gymnastics side only. They will participate in simple floor circuits similar to our Munchkin program, with assistance and supervision from their parents.
Children who are 4½ and approaching their 5th birthday may also participate, provided they are comfortable with the activities and appropriately supervised.
How It Works
Gymnastics Party
You must arrive no more than 15 minutes early.
Most of the time, the children participate in the warm-up together.
After the warm-up, the children will be divided into groups of about 5 and will have the opportunity to participate in various activities such as floor exercise, bars, balance beam, trampoline, etc. Depending on their age, we also offer various games.
Parkour/Ninja40 Party
You must arrive no more than 15 minutes early.
Most of the time, the children participate in the warm-up together.
After the warm-up, the children will be divided into groups of about 5 and will have the opportunity to participate in various activities such as the climbing wall, warp wall, peg wall, obstacle course, ninja-warrior–style structure, etc. Depending on their age, we also offer a variety of games.
Our Packages
Pricing is based on the number of children attending (New prices below effective as of September 1st 2026):
Up to 10 children: $365
11 to 15 children: $395
16 to 20 children: $425
21 to 25 children: $455
Policies
To ensure the safety of all participants:
Outdoor shoes must be removed upon entering the facility
Parkour/Ninja40: Clean indoor running shoes are required.
Gymnastics: Barefoot (only small stud earrings are permitted)

Athletic clothing is required

Long hair must be tied back.

Dangling jewelry is not permitted.

Loose or oversized clothing is not permitted

One parent per 10 children may accompany the group in the gym area.

Additional guests may observe from the entrance area.
We also recommend bringing water bottles, as we unfortunately do not have a water fountain.
Party Room Rental
The party room is an optional add-on and
is not included in the 1.5-hour gym activity time.
Available option:
60 minutes: $50
(as of October 1st the price will be $100)
*IMPORTANT : The 60 minute party room reservation begins directly after the gym activities.

You are welcome to bring your own decorations, including balloons, for the party room.
Please note:
Piñatas are not permitted.
Alcohol is strictly prohibited.
Reservation Details
Deposit:
To secure your spot for your party, A $100 non-refundable deposit is required. This amount will be manually added to your account when you contact us to reserve. The deposit is transferable if you need to reschedule your party, subject to availability.
Please note that once the $100 deposit has been added to your account, you have 48 hours to complete the payment. If payment is not received within this timeframe, your selected time slot will be released and may be assigned to another client, as the birthday party is not officially reserved until the deposit has been paid.
Participant Confirmation and Final Billing:
The Monday or Wednesday before the party, we will contact you to reconfirm the exact number of participants.
The number of participants confirmed The Monday or Wednesday before the party will be considered final and will serve as the basis for billing. No adjustments, credits, or refunds will be issued in the event of a decrease in attendance after this confirmation.
To ensure the proper organization of events, the outstanding balance for each birthday party reservation must be paid in full during the week before the party. A secure payment link will be sent through Activity Messenger.
If payment has not been made in advance, the balance must be paid on the day of the event, in EXACT cash only, before the activity begins (we cannot provide change). A designated supervisor will be responsible for collecting payment upon arrival. Unfortunately, we are unable to host or proceed with any party if the outstanding balance has not been settled in full.
