CANCELLATION FEES
In the case of registration for the full week, any partial cancellation and/or any change to the initial registration will result in billing for the days attended at the daily rate.
LATE FEES
Any drop-off of a child at camp more than 15 minutes before the scheduled time, while under staff supervision, will incur daycare fees. Similarly, any pick-up more than 15 minutes late will also incur day care fees. These fees, charged due to the delay, must be paid in cash. The applicable rate is $1 per minute of delay.
AFFILIATION FEES
Affiliation fees with the Québec Gymnastics Federation (FGQ) are mandatory for all registered participants. These fees are payable once (1x) per gymnastic year. The cost is $20.00 for all recreational activities, such as the Winter camp. If you have not already paid this fee for the period from September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2026, it will be automatically added to the balance due on the registration platform and will be valid from September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2026.
