The coach reports to and is under the authority of the Recreation Coordinator and works as part of the coaching team. The coach manages planning activities, ensuring everyone's safety and adherence to club rules. The position involves managing a group of participants within Wimgym's predefined program, participating in training sessions, and maintaining attendance lists and progress reports for assigned group members.
