2025 Summer Session
Our 10-week 2025 Summer session will take place from June 24th to August 30th, 2025!
Pre-registration will open on May 27th as of 10:00 a.m. and registration for all as of 1:00 p.m.

Designed to stimulate children's motor skills, the 45-minute Bouts d'choux (18-36 months) parent-child class combines music, games, and gymnastics in the form of circuits specially designed for young children. Only one parent per child is allowed to accompany the child in the gym during the class.
The 1-hour Kindergym class (ages 3-5) introduces children to basic movements to develop coordination, balance, and strength. This class also allows children to increase their sense of independence, as they will be alone with the instructors.
The Recreational 5-7 yrs. class lasts 1 hour and 15 minutes and allows for the progressive learning of basic gymnastics movements and aims to promote fun and participation, while developing self-confidence. Offered in several levels, this class is suitable for children with no, little, or a lot of gymnastics experience.
The Recreational 7-9 yrs. class lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes and allows for the progressive learning of basic gymnastics movements and aims to promote fun and participation, while developing self-confidence. Offered in several levels, this class is suitable for children with no, little, or a lot of gymnastics experience.
The Recreational 10+ yrs. class lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes and allows for the progressive learning of basic gymnastics movements and aims to promote fun and participation, while developing self-confidence. Offered in several levels, this class is suitable for children with no, little, or a lot of gymnastics experience.
Offered once a week and in several levels, the Intermediate 5+ years course lasting 2 hours is aimed at children who have at least one (1) year of experience in gymnastics at the recreational level and who are looking for more challenges in a fun group environment.
Offered twice a week and in several levels, the Intermediate 5+ years course lasting 2x 2 hours per week is aimed at children who have at least one (1) year of experience in gymnastics at the recreational level and who are looking for more challenges in a fun group environment.
The Intermediate 2 class, lasting 2 x 3 hours per week, is designed for children with recreational gymnastics experience who are looking for more challenges in a fun group environment. This class, considered "pre-competitive," prepares children for recreational and competitive programs. An assessment is required prior to enrollment.
The Adult Course (16+ years) is for any adult who wants to learn or improve gymnastics movements. This two (2) hour course requires no experience, as it is designed to teach and develop gymnastics skills at all levels. This program is given under the supervision of our coaches who are qualified to provide manual assistance ("spotting").
The Gravity 4-7 year old course, lasting 1 hour and 30 minutes, is designed to introduce children to the sport of Parkour and Ninja Obstacle Course. During the course, children have the opportunity to explore five (5) different stations: the climbing wall, the warp wall, the peg board, the Ninja structure as well as the Parkour section.
The Advanced Gravity 5-7 year old course, lasting 1 hour and 30 minutes, is designed to provide an in-depth introduction to the sport of Parkour and Ninja obstacle course. During the course, children have the opportunity to explore five (5) different stations: the climbing wall, the warp wall, the peg board, the Ninja structure as well as the Parkour section. This course is recommended for participants with previous experience in Parkour and Ninja.
