Wimgym's Board of Directors is a democratic structure that creates a partnership between parents and staff for the management of the club. The Board consists of volunteer parents, the head coach and the administrators of the club implementing policy directions that will meet the needs of the club. The board addresses issues such as the club’s budget and rules of conduct and safety, and is very active in organizing various fundraisers and preparing for the annual Wimgym Cup. Members meet monthly and also organize an annual general meeting for competitive gymnasts’ parents.
