WIMGYM has a nationally recognized competitive team of high caliber athletes who train from five to twenty five hours a week with an outstanding team of coaches.  These gymnasts compete in Women's Artistic Gymnastics on four different levels: Défi, Regional Circuit (Lac St.Louis region), Provincial and National. This group of close to one hundred girls train very hard, do well in the levels they compete in and also know how to have fun!

These athletes are identified by the coaches from recreational gymnasts or have been accepted from clubs around the world when moving to the area.
